In her own way, she wanted to do her part in telling Paco's story because, as she says "you never know if someone listening might be able to help"

Francisco Juan "Paco" Larrañaga (born in 1977) is a dual-citizen of the Philippines and Spain convicted of murder and sentenced to death by lethal injection on February 3, 2004 for the kidnapping and murder of Marijoy and Jacqueline Chiong on July 16, 1997 in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. This is a video message he secretly recorded and released to Spain in 2005.
